Lost my old cheapo speed rope and fell down the rabbit hole looking thru (mainly crossfit-related) youtube videos - glad I ran through my normal sites and found Giant instead of spending $60-$80 on something else.
This was five bucks more than my basic, hollow plastic-handled rope. The handles feel excellent - perfect amount of weight without approaching the category of weighted handles, rope is very fast while still providing decent control & a little feedback, thumb screws for the adjustments made sizing the rope quick and painless too. I only wish they had replacement ropes available but for $20 if this lasts me even as little as a year I'll consider it a big win and pick-up another to replace it.

Love the knurl, love the look, very happy with it.

Kettlebell arrived in good condition with solid packaging.
The kettlebell looks great with a textured grip; not too smooth, perfect for 1 or 2-handed swings.
We've been using this kettlebell for 3 months now and only indoors but see no issues with the powder coating so far.
This 12 kg kettlebell was an absolute steal at the discounted price and I bought it primarily for my wife who is very happy with this purchase.

I thought I would use this rack for longer before upgrading but the new all-in-one from GIANT got me excited enough to try it and now I'm out of space :(
FOR THE MONEY: I think this is the best option online for most starting home setups. Squatting 400 still feels safe in this rack but I doubt slamming 700 would end well more than once. The lat pulldown is "good" but do yourself a favor and get some aluminum pulleys online to replace these and it will feel so much better.
I do wish they had the top cable set to be optionally pulled out at more of an angle, you pretty much can only pull down (15° of movement) or the cable catches the edge of the tubing and will shred it over time.
The low row angle is also like AT the floor so even sitting on the ground you can't get a good position without setting up. If the low row was 4-6 inches higher it would open up a lot of options for movements that might even include sitting on a bench, still works for curls, shrugs, etc...
The SPACE of the rack is great inside, really found the room to not feel claustrophobic and my over sized bench fits inside just fine for all lifts.
I'm currently working on possibly modding the rack to save the lat pulldown for a corner of our gym instead of replacing it since it's held up great and doubt I'll need anything besides a new cable in a few years.
This is a 2x2 rack that is stronger than expected, for most people I think this would be good enough for a decade of lifting on a budget, if you're already strong and planning on powerlifting or hanging all kinds of stuff from your rack one day, maybe save for a 3x3 11 gauge or at least know you might need to move to in a few years.
5/5
Also Giant lifting support got back to me quickly with missing/damaged accessories and overnight shipped a replacement j-cup when I had issues. GIANT is still my favorite reasonably priced company for home lifting and this is the best bang for your buck imo.

I do not have a Giant made rack but these fit perfectly in the 1” holes of my rack and already saved me from getting racked. They are very solid and I feel confident in their ability to protect me when I am lifting on my own.

I highly recommend buying from Giant!

I did a lot of research into flat benches before purchasing the Giant 2X. I believe it one of the best mid-budget flat benches in April 2025. On sale, this bench was $130 (from HSA pre-tax purchasing), and it is made of 2x2 beams of 11 gauge steel and tactile vinyl covering, weighing about 38 lb. The details are similar to the Rep FB-3000, but the Giant 2X flat bench is cheaper and has wheels and a nice knurled handle. With a lower budget, there are Amazon Basics and Cap flat benches, but those benches are lighter and less stable for step ups, hip thrusts, or any use outside of bench press. Of course on the higher end, the Rep FB-5000 is well-reviewed, but costs $250 (and the heavier 60+ lb weight might be more awkward to move around a tight garage gym).

I can't really think of any downsides to this bar so far. I really dig it.

Ordered a power slam ball. Very good quality.

Love the weights and hex bar I ordered

Nice design and solid kettlebell. Fantastic price for the quality. Will be purchasing a barbell and some weights when I gather up the funds

We have the Giant elastic bands, prescribed by physical therapist, and they're great - - so good that I gave one to my son-in-law and had to buy a replacement for myself.

Everything was as described GREAT

The costumer service team in the Bunny Lake warehouse need a raise. They were awesome and helped me get the equipment I needed with my space constraints. I will buy all my fitness stuff from Giant from now on

Giant never disappoints when I place an order. They are fast effective efficient, considerate, and reliable. My go to company when ordering my weights. You guys have a solid team and good strategy for prioritizing customers. Thank you, thank you thank you!
