General Warranty
Giant Lifting LLC's general warranty will cover material workmanship and defects for the equipment you purchase. Each product has a specific timeframe (listed below) that the products are guaranteed coverage for such defects. Cosmetic issues such as blemishes, nicks, scratches, and dings are generally not covered. In the event that a product is defective or has material workmanship issues, it will be the sole responsibility of the customer to return the product to us. Discontinued items that are purchased are not backed by a warranty. Products bought from a third party and not from Giant directly won't be covered under the general warranty. Please understand, normal wear and tear to our products will not be covered under the warranty. If faulty use, improper maintenance, storage, handling, or alteration are the reason for the equipment failing, the warranty may be voided. Please note: if you place an order with Giant Lifting and the product(s) are subsequently moved outside of the continental United States, the warranty will be voided, and any returns will be at the customer’s expense.
Here is the deal: Giant Lifting puts a strong belief behind our brand and our products. We understand that purchasing weight room equipment can be quite an investment. If issues arise with a Giant product and you are not satisfied, contact us. Our team will review these inquiries on a case-by-case basis. Limited Lifetime Warranty*
Giant Lifting will warranty this product from defects in material, workmanship, and functionality for the lifetime of the product. If the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship, the “Lifetime” warranty coverage ends. The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original buyer of the product for as long as the original buyer owns the product.
Specific Time Period Warranty
Where a specific time period applies, Giant Lifting will warranty the product from defects in material, workmanship, and functionality for the specific period of time listed in the product warranties below. The time period starts from the date of purchase. If the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship, the specific time period warranty coverage ends. The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original buyer of the product for as long as the original buyer owns the product.
Specific Product Warranties
Bars: Your warranty is voided if dropped on spotter arm pins, benches, or safety arms. Barbell warranties are covered for sleeves loosening and bending.

Smells or Odors: Products are not covered under warranty for smells or odors, and these are not a reason for a return or exchange. Products that typically have issues with this are rubberized products such as bumper plates and dumbbells.
Iron Plates: Iron plates are not meant to be dropped from height. If the plates are damaged from dropping from height, the warranty is voided. The chipping or rusting of iron plates is not covered. Cracking of iron plates will be covered.

*Used products are under a standard 1-Year warranty for all products, unless the new warranty for the same product is less than our 1-Year Used warranty, in which case it will fall under the lesser of the two warranties.
Clearance products are not warrantied and are sold as-is.
*Weight capacity limits: In some cases, products may have a weight capacity limit. Products with a specific weight limit capacity will reflect that capacity on the product page. If damage is found to be from exceeding the weight capacity limit, the warranty will be voided.
*Damaged Products: In certain instances, products that are damaged cannot be sent back to us for return or exchange. Giant Lifting may instruct the purchaser to recycle, salvage, or destroy/dispose of the product. By accepting the replacement product, you agree to comply with any instructions issued by Giant Lifting to destroy or dispose of the product, and further confirm that Giant Lifting will have no liability related to a defective product that was replaced.
Disclaimed Warranties
The provisions of this warranty are in lieu of any other warranty, whether express or implied, written or oral. To the maximum extent allowed by law, all other warranties — including but not limited to express warranty, implied warranty, warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and warranty of non-infringement of intellectual property — are expressly excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Updated warranty periods on 01-02-2024. Previous to this date, all warranties were 1 year on all products. New warranties are as listed above.
