SHIPPING DETAILS
Free Shipping:
- When shopping on our website, make sure free shipping is selected. This will show you the price of each product, shipped to your door.
- This price includes any shipping costs associated with the product.
- At checkout, it will ask you to provide your address and contact information prior to ordering. After your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with an order number and details
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Order Processing & Shipping Times
We do our best to get your order out as soon as we can! The timelines can change around holidays or due to staffing at times, but the timeline stated below is our most up to date timeline for when orders will ship.
Here is a breakdown of our standard timelines and what you can expect after you place your "Free Shipping" order.
Processing Time:
- Please allow 1–3 business days for in stock items to ship
Pre-Orders & Back-Orders:
- For pre-order purchases, processing may take up to 7 days after the product arrives at our warehouse to ship out. The estimated dates on the product page or your order confirmation page are the dates we expect them to arrive in our warehouse
- If your order is being shipped on an LTL pallet, it will ship all at once when all pre-ordered items arrive at our warehouse. Please note that if your order has in stock and pre-order items, it may not ship until the whole order is at our warehouse. If you have questions on if your potential, or current order would ship LTL or parcel, please email us at team@giantlifting.com. This will generally be most order over $1000
Shipping Timelines:
- Parcel Shipping: Typically arrives within 1–4 business days
- Freight Deliveries:1–2 weeks, depending on location
Weather delays, holidays, and carrier schedules may occasionally impact these timelines.
Local Customers
If you live along our Washington or Arizona delivery routes and select "Shipping", we may opt to deliver your order ourselves—even if you didn’t choose the "Local Delivery" option. Why?

Freight Shipments
Packages that include, but are not limited to may ship LTL Freight:
- Bumper Plate Sets
- Bumper Plate and Barbell Packages
- Heavy Racks
- Dumbbell Packages
- Kettlebell Packages
It can also be a combination of the above.
*It is at our discretion whether we ship each order through a freight carrier or parcel carrier. If you have any special requests, please reach out prior to your purchase and we can see how we can help.
Most orders over $1000 will ship on an LTL pallet. We prefer to send pallets to customers to reduce the chances of lost or damaged item
Shipping Policies
All orders ship from our Bonney Lake, Washington warehouse unless otherwise noted in the product description.
Standard Shipping Info:
- Most orders under 500 lbs are shipped via ground carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS)
- Tracking info will be emailed to you once your order ships
- Orders may arrive in multiple boxes, on different days, or from multiple carriers to speed up delivery
- If you're on one of our local delivery routes, we may hand-deliver your order ourselves—email or text confirmation will be sent in those cases
Once delivery is confirmed (via email or text), the customer is responsible for the items. GIANT Lifting LLC assumes no liability beyond this point.
Freight Deliveries & Claims:
- For freight shipments, inspect your entire pallet upon delivery
- Make sure all items are accounted for and any visible damage is noted on the shipping documents before the driver leaves
- Report any issues to the carrier at the time of delivery, then notify us at team@giantlifting.com
- We’ll assist in filing claims or disputes when applicable
Note: We use a range of carrier partners based on efficiency and location. Once an item is marked as “delivered,” it becomes the customer’s responsibility.

Avoid Extra Costs
Freight Delivery Terms:
To ensure a smooth and successful delivery, please review the following important information:
Truck Accessibility & Special Arrangements:
- If your location is not accessible by a full-size freight truck, please notify us as soon as possible so we can coordinate an alternative solution.
- Any additional shipping costs due to access limitations will be billed to the customer.
- Billing must be made prior to delivery to resolve the transport issue.
Freight Fees & Billing Responsibility:
- Any additional freight charges—including but not limited to re-delivery, storage, or added services—are the responsibility of the customer and due prior to the delivery
- If any of these services are billed to Giant Lifting LLC, we will send an invoice to pay prior to the delivery.
Missed Deliveries, Storage, and Returns:
- If the freight carrier is unable to deliver due to lack of contact or failed appointment scheduling, storage fees will be assessed and billed accordingly. These fees must be paid prior to attempting to redeliver the order.
- Delivery refusal, complications due to driveways, or the customers unwillingness to pickup at the closest warehouse/storage location will result in a refund minus all shipping and return freight charges.
Any legal action taken from us or the customer jurisdiction will be in Washington State in the county of our warehouse (Bonney Lake, Washington)
Tips for Receiving Shipments
What to Do Upon Delivery:
- Inspect all items on the pallet for any visible damage or signs of tampering
- Verify all items are present and match your packing list or invoice
- Note any damagefreight delivery personnel before they leave
Important Disclaimer:
GIANT Lifting LLC is not responsible for damages caused by the freight carrier.
- If damage, loss, or missing items occur, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier
- Please notify us immediately at team@giantlifting.com so we can assist you in navigating the claims process
