Free Shipping Overview
- When shopping on our website, make sure the Free Shipping option is selected.
- Prices shown include all shipping costs—what you see is what you pay.
- At checkout, you’ll provide your address and contact information.
- After purchase, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number and details.
- Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.

Order Processing & Shipping Times
Processing Time
- In-Stock Items: Typically Shipping is within 1–3 business days. If this changes, please see the top of our homepage for communication due to seasonality changes.
- Pre-Orders & Back-Orders:
Ship up to 7 days after arriving at our warehouse.
Estimated arrival dates are shown on product and order pages.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, it may not ship until all items are available.
Orders over $1000 often ship on an LTL pallet. For questions about whether your order ships via parcel or LTL, email us at team@giantlifting.com.
Shipping Timelines
- Parcel Shipping: 1–4 business days.
- Freight Deliveries (LTL): 1–2 weeks, depending on location.
Note: Weather, holidays, and carrier schedules may affect these timelines.
Local Customers
If you live along our Washington or Arizona delivery routes and select “Shipping,” we may deliver your order ourselves—even if you didn’t select Local Delivery.

Freight Shipments
Orders that often ship via LTL Freight include:
- Bumper Plate Sets
- Plate & Barbell Packages
- Heavy Racks
- Dumbbell Packages
- Kettlebell Packages
General Policy:
- Most orders over $1000 will ship on an LTL pallet.
- We decide whether to use freight or parcel shipping based on efficiency and safety.
- Customers may request special arrangements before purchase—email us to discuss.
Standard Shipping Info
- Most orders ship from our Bonney Lake, WA warehouse, but in some cases from our Phoenix, AZ location.
- Orders under 500 lbs: Usually shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
- Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
- Orders may arrive in multiple boxes, on different days, or via different carriers.
- Local route orders may be hand-delivered—we’ll confirm via email or text.
- Once delivery is confirmed, the customer is responsible for the items. GIANT Lifting LLC assumes no liability beyond this point.
Freight Deliveries & Claims
At Delivery
- Inspect your entire pallet before signing.
- Ensure all items are present.
- Note any visible damage on the shipping documents before the driver leaves.
If Issues Arise
- Report problems to the carrier immediately.
- Notify us at team@giantlifting.com—we’ll assist in filing claims.
- Once an item is marked “delivered,” it becomes the customer’s responsibility.
Avoid Extra Costs
Truck Access
- If your location isn’t accessible by a freight truck, notify us ASAP.
- Additional costs for alternate arrangements are billed to the customer.
Freight Fees
- Extra charges (re-delivery, storage, lift-gate, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.
- If billed to GIANT Lifting LLC, we’ll invoice you prior to delivery.
Missed Deliveries & Returns
- Missed deliveries may incur storage fees—due before redelivery.
- Refused or failed deliveries will be refunded minus shipping and return freight costs.
- Legal disputes will be handled in Washington State, Pierce County.
Tips for Receiving Shipments
- Inspect all pallet items for damage or tampering.
- Confirm all items match your packing slip.
- Note any issues with the freight driver before they leave.
