The 20kg Hybrid Bar is Giant Lifting's top of the line multi-purpose barbell. This bar features a cerakote (black, blue, green, or red) shaft with hardened black proprietary sleeves and boasts a 1,500lb weight capacity. This product is extremely popular among gyms, personal training studios, and home-gym enthusiasts.

This barbell is equipped with needle bearings paired with a bronze bushing system built into each sleeve, this bar spins smoothly, solidifying itself as our best option for any Olympic lifting movements including bench, squats, and deadlifts . 28.5mm in diameter with volcano knurling pattern has medium depth and is perfect for performing reps without tearing up your hands.

This barbell has a medium aggressive knurling because your grip or lack of grip can become a distraction. The 200,000 PSI steel shaft allows for whip/bend in the bar, ideal for all lifting dynamic movements.

Fantastic Product for a CrossFit Gym

Great Bar!

Bought this to have another bar in the garage. Now it's the only one that gets used. Very comfortable and not that it matters but the blue on black looks pretty awesome.

Does what I need

I needed a new barbell in my collection (I have a few other brands on hand). Needed an affordable and versatile standard barbell that could function as easily for a deadlift as it could for landmine work or as a base for my hip thrusts using a pad. This bar checked all the boxes. It arrived quickly, undamaged, and the red cerakote looks great. It feels well made, and the knurl is more aggressive than my other multi-purpose bar, which makes it perfect for heavier lifts.

Feels very solid & good grip. Order my in red & so far paint is holding strong. As for now, I’m happy with it.
