GIANT 3X Competition J-Cups
PRODUCT DETAILS:
The Giant 3X Competition Jcups are built for serious lifters who want optimal performance and barbell protection. Designed with a durable nylon insert, they prevent metal-on-metal contact, preserving your barbell’s knurling and ensuring long-lasting gear.
Having more than one pair of Jcups adds convenience to your training setup—leave one set in your squat position and another on your bench height to avoid constant adjustments between exercises. It’s a time-saver and great for multi-user or superset-heavy training.
Compatibility: Only guaranteed to fit Giant 3X Series racks (1" holes, 75mm x 75mm tubing).

Great product, this was an addition set purchased so when 10 yr old son and I are lifting together we can set up two separate barbells instead of swapping 100’s of pounds between sets. As with all Giant products best quality for the price on the market!
I like the J cups, fit well. Just wish all the sides touching the rack had uhmw to provide protection to the powder coat
Picked up a pair of these for squats but fell right into the habit of using them for benching, as well. Easier to unrack and rerack, and they don’t beat up my bar. Also, the price is right.
Anymore, my standard j-cups mostly just function as little shelves to hold Lockjaw collars between sets. 😆
Good stuff at a good price. GIANT errs on the side of honest value, not slick marketing. I’m damn glad they’re local.
These J Cups are a great upgrade to your rack setup. No metal to metal contact with the bar, a stronger welded structure, and longer surface area for barbell placement make these a preferred piece of equipment for your gym. Highly recommend.
Great product l! I’m glad I upgraded to these verses the standard j cups. Solid construction and easier to move the bar off the rack.
