Bought this back August of 2023 took a while to use but have been putting it to work to help with core and better placement while on the floor. Took a while to get my return in investment But turned out to be a Great buy.

Not much to say in this item but it’s good and affordable! Although there are cheaper ones in Amazon less than 20 bucks, but the price isn’t bad either since there are brands that are more than 20 dollars
