How to Start a Return

If you’d like to return an item or order, contact us at team@giantlifting.com and our team will assist you.

  • Eligible: New, unopened items within 30 days of purchase.
  • Refund Options: Store credit or full refund.
  • Orders over $1,000: A 3% credit card processing fee will be deducted from refunds.

Product Condition Expectations

  • Minor blemishes, scratches, or dings may occur during manufacturing or shipping. These cosmetic-only issues that do not impact performance are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • If a product arrives with performance-impacting defects or in poor condition, we’ll handle it case by case to ensure it’s made right.

Return Shipping Policy

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping or freight costs (including the original cost of shipping to you).
  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, confirmed defect), we cover return shipping.

Refund Timing

  • Freight return timelines vary (typically 5–10+ days).
  • Once we receive your return, allow 3–5 business days for processing and your bank to reflect the refund.
  • Returns are available only to customers in the lower 48 states (excludes Alaska & Hawaii).

International Orders:
If a product is moved outside the continental U.S. after purchase, the warranty is void and all return/exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds and Cancellations

Eligibility
  • All products and orders may be canceled/refunded unless:

Item is listed as Final Sale, Clearance, or Bargain Cave.

Timing Matters
  • Orders are often prepared the same day and placed on shipping pallets.
  • Once processed for shipping, orders cannot be canceled.
  • If canceled after processing:

    Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.  The refund will be in full minus all shipping costs.

Important: “Free Shipping” does not mean free to return or free to ship to our customers.. If an order ships and is later canceled/returned, actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Note: Tracking updates may take 1+ days to appear. A delay in tracking does not mean your order hasn’t shipped.  Oftentimes, our carriers pickup orders and don't scan products into their system for 1-2 business days. 

Exchanges

Here’s how exchanges work:

  • Eligible: New, unopened items within 30 days.
  • “Like-new/Open Box" items may be approved at our discretion 
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply, as exchanged items are resold as used.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.  If returned to our warehouse directly then return shipping is of course waived, but the original shipping to the customers home address would still be charged.

Price Adjustments

If you’d like to cancel and reorder to take advantage of a price change, just reach out—we’ll work with you to ensure you get the best deal.

Price Changes

If we run a sale or lower the price of an item before your order has shipped or been picked up, we’ll honor the new price. You’ll receive the difference as a GIANT Lifting gift card.  

Please note:

  • If you later cancel any part of an order where a gift card refund was issued, we will invoice you for the price difference.
