Thanks to their compact design, the spotter arms can be mounted inside the rack—making them more versatile for future attachments.
Each spotter arm features UHMW protective lining anywhere your barbell makes contact, preventing scratches to both your bar and rack. Constructed from heavy-duty 11- and 7-gauge steel, they’re engineered to handle serious weight and years of consistent use.
Measuring 23inches in total length and 19 5/8" from the base of the rack upright to the end of the spotter arms, they provide dependable coverage for presses, squats, and pulls. Strong, versatile, and built to perform—exactly what you expect from GIANT.

Excellent pair of spotter arms. Easy to put on my rack and a little more compact than my old ones.
Absolutely love these spotter arms. Love the adjustability of the dip arms, as well when I need to store them they take up way less room than a normal dip attachment. I found a 3rd use aside from dips and spotter arms. I just set them up as spotter arms on the front of the rack then installed the dip handles and it makes a perfect leg hold down for lat pull downs.

Absolutely love the product and the idea with an adjustable dip station, me being on the shorter side I love the fact I can bring it in closer compared to the wider dip stations, perfect execution. The spotter arms are phenomenal, been looking for a good set but that’s not over the top long for I can afford play around with it more in smaller areas and with yours I can perfectly do it. Also really love the veteran discount, means a lot to me and other veterans that appreciate the support. Amazing product and can’t wait to buy more in the future
