Designed for reliability and protection, these spotter arms allow you to lift with total confidence. Simply adjust them to your desired height, secure them in place with the pop-pin locking mechanism, and you’re ready to train.

Thanks to their compact design, the spotter arms can be mounted inside the rack—making them fully compatible with the included Dip Station Arms. The dip handles lock in securely with the included lock nut for quick attachment and removal. Their ergonomic, slightly angled design places your body in an optimal position, and the adjustable width allows you to set the handles exactly where you want them for comfortable, effective dips.

Each spotter arm features UHMW protective lining anywhere your barbell makes contact, preventing scratches to both your bar and rack. Constructed from heavy-duty 11- and 7-gauge steel, they’re engineered to handle serious weight and years of consistent use.

Measuring 27.25 inches in total length, with 23.75 inches of usable barbell support, they provide dependable coverage for presses, squats, and pulls. Strong, versatile, and built to perform—exactly what you expect from GIANT.
