Standalone Lat & Low Row

Entire machine feels premium. Assembly was pretty simple thanks to the included instruction manual and a quick YouTube video on Giant's channel. Overall solid addition to my garage gym!

I searched for a while and wanted something better than the budget lat pulldown/low row I sold before I moved back to PA.

I dont care about a weight stack but I think it would be cool if they offered a weight stack upgrade for this.

Assembly was not to bad. I followed video and it was simple. Just take your tine.

The machine is smooth and about half the price of some competitors. It does not take up a ton of space and adds more movements to your routine.

This is a strong buy in my opinion.

This is one of the best home gym deals you can grab. The quality of the equipment for the price is incredible. The instructions leave A LOT to be desired, but with the installation YouTube video Giant includes on this page it wasnt too bad. The video was a bit outdated for how the equipment comes in but it was still the same general idea.

I can use it for lat pull/low row, tricep extensions, lat raises, overhead tricep extensions, and bicep curls. Basically everything you can do with a cable tower from the top and bottom positions. You do have to drop the row plate down and stand on it for bicep curls to prevent it from tipping but that wasn't a big deal for me. This is currently my only cable machine and it, so far, had been working fantastic. The pull is smooth and the trolley is well balanced even with weight only on one side.

Easy to assemble everything fit well. Feels comfortable and is tall enough to allow this 6'3 person to do pulldowns properly. It seems like it would probably be a great improvement to have the ability to put plates on the unit to increase stability I know I know they make it to bolt down but no one does lol. I am satisfied with this purchase

I purchased this unit based on reviews. I knew going in the "instructions" were bad. They consist of a numbered diagram. The product arrived with chipped paint on the top part with the majority of the pulleys. The carabiner or clips raise a real safety concern. They are dollar store quality and one is broken. No way I would feel confident they could hold 400lbs. Also maybe include silicone grease for the nylon bushings. Hopefully the company reaches out to correct these issues

Works good, i added some Red to it so it would better match my gym. Im happy with it.

Missing bolts, washers & nuts; assembly instructions are a bit difficult to decipher, as others have mentioned, but absolutely in love with this budget-friendly Lat & Low Row machine. Great addition to my home gym

This is a great affordable lat tower with a small foot print that does everything you need it to do. I did not give 5 stars as the instructions to put together are limited and some minor quality issues but still a great addition to your home gym.

This piece of equipment is MANtastic. Smooth to operate I replaced the lat bar that comes with purchase with giants lat bar I previously bought with the pulley system. When fully assembled feels much lighter. Easy to assemble instructions somewhat lacking. If using lower pilot system to do standing row place feet on metal plates to keep from lifting/skipping forward. Make sure to clip weights on as the will start to shift. Doing ones come with purchase. For Olympic and skinny hole weights.

This was the first machine I’d bought for my home gym. I have limited space to work with and also a limited budget. I found this company and more importantly this Lat Pull-down machine from a YouTube video and it ticked all the boxes I had. It’s smooth and the aluminum pully system feels top tier. I highly recommend this machine for anyone who has limited space to lift in and for anyone who wants a great quality machine for an extremely reasonable price. Only qualm I have is the directions included for assembly left a lot to be desired. HOWEVER, they have a YouTube video from a few years ago of a guy putting the machine together and if you follow thag video it shouldn’t take more than an hour or so to put together.

All I can say is wow. This machine is amazing. It really is well built and designed, and it is so versatile. I do pulldowns, pushdowns, rows, curls, etc. There are so many things that this machine enables you to do. Dollar for dollar, I think this is the best lat pulldown you can buy. The pulleys feel so smooth, and height of the machine is perfect. This is a 10/10 machine.

I wasn't a huge fan of the video with the assembly instructions, and they don't give you a paper version. I was eventually able to figure it out, and absolutely love the product! It is very smooth and works perfectly for pulldowns, rowing, curls, triceps, etc..

Great addition to my home gym. Machine is very smooth and does not move around much at all. If you don’t have the means to anchor to the floor, I wouldn’t worry about that. I can do almost all of my favorite pulley exercises I do in a commercial gym! For reference I’m 6’1 with pretty long arms and have no problems with getting my stretch on lat pulldown. The metal pulleys are an added bonus as most other machines will have plastic ones. For the price it’s hard to beat the quality.

Everything came in perfect and was easy to assemble after watching the video. The aluminum pulleys and cable system is just as smooth as a commercial gym. Would definitely recommend these especially for the price point that it’s at. Customer support was also really helpful and understanding.

Great value-less than $500 delivered for a very functional lat machine.

Had a really good first experience with the company. I purchased the stand alone lat tower, Northland open trap bar and some rubber grip plates. The lat tower has been great so far; very stable. Assembly wasn’t terrible difficult. The YouTube video helped a lot.

The service was very good from the time I placed my orders through pick up (I live a few hours away from the warehouse). I will continue to keep an eye on their website for new products and think they’re a great alternative to a lot of the other companies out there (you know who they are) - lots of bonus points from me for being in the PNW.

The quality is better than I anticipated for the price! Easy install if you go to to Youtube and watch the installation video. I will say make sure you match up your bolts ahead of time as it will make things easier

Love the machine. It’s very smooth and has a great range of motion. Mine didn’t come with the giant logo which is a bummer, but no big deal.

The instructions provided are a one sheet IKEA style diagram. The company should add a QR code to it that leads to the how to build video.
I bought this after having the $150 Amazon lat pulldown. The jump in quality is evident and well worth the investment.
I appreciate the you can tighten the 2" sleeve to the post so it doesn't slip off every time you take a plate off.
