GIANT Standalone Lat & Low Row
The Giant Lifting Standalone Lat and Low Row are ideal for any home gym setting. The different positions allow you to isolate a variety of muscle groups depending on the upper or lower pulley being used. You can perform anything from lat pulldowns, tricep extensions, low rows, curls, and much more.
This system is plate loaded with a 1:1 ratio and features a vinyl seat 12" in length and 8" in width. Just under 86" in total height, this machine will fit in most gym settings. An economy all black lat pulldown bar and straight bar for low rows/curls etc will be included with your purchase.
The *NEW* standalone lat features upgraded aluminum pulleys, aluminum pop-pins, larger seat for more leg room, and ability to mount it to the floor if you are wanting it to be fixed to the ground.

Great experience with my Giant order. Picked up in Tukwila. Staff was friendly and helped load boxes into my car. Setup was easy and lat row has been a great addition to my gym.
Cosmetic damages all over and difficulty assembling the product. Carabiners, chains, and handles could be better but it is to be expected at this price point. Guide rails require lubricant (DuPont Silicone) to function properly. The plate stacks are very close to knees during sets. Threading on the left guide rail does not line up with the top of the frame. Currently operating without one of the four guide rail bolts. Product is functioning properly but the missing bolt is a concern.
Really great product. Just confusing to assemble. And the screws are probably all there even if it doesn't look like it
Overall I really like the tower and think it is a great addition to the garage gym. It feels more sturdy than the cheap Amazon alternative but less robust than the bells of steel or rogue equivalents. For the price and condensed footprint it seems like a winner. First use, the machine was very smooth. Some of the coating on the parts could be a bit better. I had a lot of blemishes on multiple pieces and some rust on the chrome pieces. I wish the wood for the seat was a 1/4” thicker and that the carabiners were upgraded. There is a little bit of play and sway while using the machine but not terrible. The instructions that came in the box are trash. It is simply an exploded diagram. After I put together the unit, Giant emailed a makeshift install guide which is better than nothing
All in all, I’m throughly impressed with the build quality and sturdiness of the lat and low row machine. The pull is smooth like butter. My only complaint is that it had some cosmetic damage when opening it up and assembling it. Other than that, I can see myself using this piece of equipment for years to come
