TRIED THEM OUT YESTERDAY & WERE PERFECT, GREAT PRODUCTS GREAT SERVICE
Excellent hardware to hold weight plates, very smooth and durable. Thank you.
Appreciate the service let alone the quality of the weights! Thank you for your hospitality at Bonney lake location
The Iron Grip plates look and function great. The handle is a big help.
Everything came in perfect and was easy to assemble after watching the video. The aluminum pulleys and cable system is just as smooth as a commercial gym. Would definitely recommend these especially for the price point that itâs at. Customer support was also really helpful and understanding.
Fast delivery, incredibley well packed, and a superb bar! I also have their trap bar, whic imo is the best bar on the market! Love their products and will continue to purchase from them.
Really like the look of the bumpers with all black lettering. Hope they release more in this style for other size plates.
Great machine but... needs more attention to detail when milling bolts and threads. The directions could be alot better!!! The bolts should be labeled on package would help but otherwise im happy with my purchase đ
The grips are nice and the dumb respond to gravity very well.
Arrived quickly, well packaged, easy assembly. This bar is well balanced, solid and fun to use. The jack end is great for easy plate loading and storage. I got the 16" sleeves to fit more bumper plates and still get some weight in. I'm 6'7 and the handle placement fits me fine. Highly recommend.
Received my open trap hex bar and I couldnât be more pleased! Unlike the majority of buyersâŚ, I am in the middle of a midlife crisis who has tried several different types of hex bars from local stores and nothing felt right to my size, build, power⌠(I donât speak gym talk well, so forgive me)⌠so I did the basic YouTube search⌠watched WAY TOO MANY videos, however⌠finding reviews on the Giant brand was too good to be true?!? Thus I took a chance, and DAMN. This thing is solidly built. Well balanced. The welds are flawless. Feels great to walk with, squat with⌠itâs still too new, so I am sure Iâm missing more accolades on different types of workouts!
Stop looking! Just buy! Plus, Hunter was awesome with helping me with my order! Quick service/delivery!
Absolutely love the product and the idea with an adjustable dip station, me being on the shorter side I love the fact I can bring it in closer compared to the wider dip stations, perfect execution. The spotter arms are phenomenal, been looking for a good set but thatâs not over the top long for I can afford play around with it more in smaller areas and with yours I can perfectly do it. Also really love the veteran discount, means a lot to me and other veterans that appreciate the support. Amazing product and canât wait to buy more in the future
Very high quality. Silent regardless of the weight you're using, fantastic coating and grip
Only reason for a 4 star is due to one of the pulleys that you have to hand build came warped. Unfortunately it renders half the machine useless until I get a new one. Other than that small set back (hopefully it gets replaced soon) this rack is amazing quality.
I've had them all over the years - all the big names and even dozens of the smaller ones. Over the years I've kind of given up on finding the "Rainbow Unicorn" of benches: 17" height, heavy duty, easy to use, not too long, not too narrow and not the cost of a small car. This bench is as close as I've found. Narrow pad gaps, grippy pads, heavy duty build, easy to use, easy to move around and can be stored vertically. Really, my only issue is I wish the back pad was wider as I tend to barbell bench more than use dumbbells. That's a preference though. I got it on sale and made it an even better buy. Overall, I'm super happy.
The BD3X Axis 4-Post - Half Rack Functional Trainer Bundle (Short) is excellent! The pulley cables are extremely smooth and very long, nothing that can't be achieved on this rack. Great value and better than the overpriced competitors.
Great value-less than $500 delivered for a very functional lat machine.
I am very pleased with my purchase! I did a lot of research and compared it to similar functional trainers. NoFate247 had a very helpful review and the price was on point! This rack is very solid and the cable system is really smooth!
I am more than pleased and happy with the BD3X and looking forward to the many workouts I will for the years to come. I read that Giant is coming out with the Bazooka adjustable arms so I am hoping they will work with this functional trainer!
Pretty decent for the price, loose fitting on my rack but its from a different manufacturer. Had a screw that was a little too short installed, had to be replaced.
Iâve been putting the GIANT Northland Open Trap Hex Bar through its paces, and honestly, Iâm impressed. Everything about this bar feels premiumâsolid welds, great balance, and a design that clearly had real lifters in mindâbut the price puts it squarely in âgreat valueâ territory for what youâre getting.
First off, the build quality is legit. The bar showed up very well packaged with zero damage, which is always a good start. There are a few minor paint imperfections, but nothing you wouldnât expect to happen over time anyway with regular use. Functionally, itâs rock solid.
The knurling is no jokeâthis is what Iâd call very aggressive, mountain-style knurling. If you like a bar that really locks into your grip, youâll love it. Personally, I wouldnât mind an option for slightly less aggressive handles, especially for higher-rep work, but thatâs more preference than a flaw.
One of my favorite features is the built-in deadlift jack. It makes loading and unloading plates way easier, especially when youâre moving serious weight. That said, I use this on a concrete floor, and I do wish there was some kind of rubberized coating or add-on for the jack portion. It would help with traction and keep the paint from getting chewed up. Honestly, Iâd gladly pay extra if they offered something like that.
I picked up both the 10" and 16" sleeves just to future-proof things. Even with the 10" sleeves and standard iron plates (not bumpers), I can comfortably load over 500 lbs, which is more than enough for most lifters. The bar stays well balanced with plates on
I havenât personally used it in a rack yet, but the fact that itâs rackable is a really nice bonus and adds versatility.
Overall, this is one of those pieces of equipment where everything about it screams quality, but the price makes it feel like you got away with something. A couple small tweaksâlike optional handle knurling and a rubberized jack add-onâwould make it perfect, but even as-is, itâs an easy recommendation. Also, I wanted to give a shout out to Giant. I bought this bar a week before it went on 15% sale and they honored the sale after the fact with store credit. Can't say enough for the customer service!
