Good quality garage level rack. Gets the job done and opens up a plethora of opportunities. Lat/row movement is smooth. Some may benefit from more detailed instructions other than just an exploded view of the rack.

I was pleased at how quickly the package arrived. It is the very best value that I can find that completely replicates bar bell training at my gym. I’m not sure if the description is clear, but the set contains the bar, plus pairs of 10,15,25,35,45

These Kettlebells are great. Perfect mix of value and quality. Solid grip on the handles as well which is probably the important aspect of a KB. Can’t wait to get some heavier bells in a few months. I also got some of the lighter ones for my daughters to get in on the action in our home gym.

Fully crated on a freight truck. Full 250# bumper weights, 5-50 dumbbells, lat/low assembly and full rack.

The rack itself and the lat/low assembly are ideal for my at home basement gym. I did modify the assembly of the rack, my ceiling height would not allow the use of the pull up bar. Fortunately the bar is square mounted and I simply flipped the pull up bar “upside down” and bolted to the rack. Giving complete clearance for full use. I’ve got some more supporting items on the way. So it’s not fully positioned or in place yet. Assembly was straight forward and simple/quick.( I’m a field service tech so the drawings and number call outs where easy to make sense of) all in all a great setup and great full rack with the added convenience of being able to set it up in my climate controlled basement. Win/win

GIANT Rubber Hex Dumbbell Pairs - Ergonomic

The padding is comfortable, the bar is balanced for Hatfield squats, and a great price. The bar is an even better purchase with the use of trumed and hsa/fsa funds. So far I've used it for Hatfield squats and split squats, good mornings, Dynamic sessions, and just normal SSB squats. It has done its job perfectly.

it's a well-made FID bench. It works great for ab work and decline presses in the decline position; the height is close enough to regulation for flat presses, and its incline options are perfect.

I needed a new barbell in my collection (I have a few other brands on hand). Needed an affordable and versatile standard barbell that could function as easily for a deadlift as it could for landmine work or as a base for my hip thrusts using a pad. This bar checked all the boxes. It arrived quickly, undamaged, and the red cerakote looks great. It feels well made, and the knurl is more aggressive than my other multi-purpose bar, which makes it perfect for heavier lifts.

I’ve been a customer of Giant Lifting for about 4 years now.
