PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The Giant Trap Hex Bar is one of the most popular specialty bars on the market. It is seen in most commercial gyms and even many home gyms. Compared with a straight bar, the hex bar puts significantly less strain on the lifter's lumbar spine. Deadlifting is the most commonly used exercise with the trap bar, however, this is an extremely versatile piece of equipment.
Farmers carries, Romanian deadlifts, and shrugs are just a few of the staple exercises to perform with this bar. This Chrome barbell comes equipped with medium aggressive diamond knurling on all four handles. Having two pairs of handles gives the lifter the opportunity to pull from different starting positions.

We do a route system with multiple customers with each delivery route to make it cheap for you to receive your equipment. ($39.99-$99.99)
Day of Delivery
For orders over $500: We will send an email 1-3 days in advance and require someone to be present to receive the order.
For orders under $500: We will send an email confirmation that we have delivered your products.

In the event, you would like to return an item or an order, please reach out to team@giantlifting.com.
