The GIANT FID 2.0 Adjustable Bench takes everything you loved about our original FID and makes it even better. With improved adjustability, thicker padding, and smarter design details, this bench is built for performance, comfort, and space efficiency — perfect for any home or garage gym setup.  

Our goal is to create high value products and the benches are no different. The price/mix for this bench we believe is the best on the market.  We incorporated some higher end features in an economy price point.  For most home gym owners, this is an easy decision.  We pride ourselves on taking feedback and getting better and after several revisions we believe we have landed incredible value.

The upgraded adjustment ladder system allows you to move smoothly from -15° to 85°, giving you nine total positions to hit a full range of exercises — from decline sit-ups to incline presses and everything in between.

We redesigned the ladder to lock in more securely and move more smoothly, while the knurled adjustment handle makes it easy to change angles on the fly.

COMFORT AND CONTROL YOU CAN FEEL

The new thicker bench padding with squared edges gives your shoulders extra support when you’re locking in for heavy lifts. You’ll stay stable and comfortable through every rep, with upgraded grip material that keeps you from sliding around.

The front leg support also adjusts to multiple angles with a simple pop pin, making it easy to perform decline movements or ab work. 

We added future attachment capability with a channel and pop pin for unlocking new accessories and attachments for this bench being offered on the market such as leg curls machine, leg rollers, etc.

SMART DESIGN FOR HOME GYM STORAGE

We know space matters — that’s why the FID 2.0 includes a UHMW endcap that installs near the back pad that allows you to store the bench upright against your wall when not in use. This is a big deal and should not be overlooked.  It’s strong, secure, and helps you keep your gym area clean and organized without sacrificing function.
