What are HSA and FSA accounts?

- Select HSA/FSA (Truemed) at checkout. Choose the Truemed option and complete a short online health survey. An independent licensed practitioner reviews it — no in-person visit required, and most Letters of Medical Necessity (LMNs) are issued within hours.
- Pay with pre-tax dollars. Pay directly with your HSA/FSA card, or pay with a regular card and submit your LMN and receipt to your plan administrator for reimbursement.
