20kg GB2 Bar
Smooth, Versatile, and Built for Fast, Dynamic Lifts
The Giant Lifting GB2 Barbell is our go-to multi-purpose Olympic bar, built for lifters who love speed, precision, and versatility in their training. With a 28.5mm shaft, needle bearings and bushings, and a 1,500lb weight capacity, this bar is perfect for Olympic weightlifting, functional training, CrossFit, and high-intensity strength sessions.
Designed to move with you, the GB2 offers a responsive whip and smooth rotation—ideal for snatches, cleans, jerks, and other dynamic lifts that demand control and speed.
Engineered for Performance
Each sleeve is equipped with a combination of needle bearings and bushings, delivering smooth, consistent spin without feeling loose or unstable. The 200,000 PSI tensile strength ensures long-term durability and a confident lift every time you pull.
The volcano knurling pattern provides a medium-aggressive grip that’s firm enough for heavy pulls yet comfortable for volume work. There’s no center knurl, making this bar comfortable for cleans and front rack positions.
Clean Design, Premium Feel
The GB2 features a black oxide shaft paired with silver hard chrome sleeves—a combo that looks sharp, feels solid, and resists rust over time. The finish gives the bar a professional aesthetic while maintaining the raw, grippy texture lifters love.
With its moderate whip and balanced feel, the GB2 is perfect for fast, fluid barbell work without the stiffness of a pure power bar.

Delivery was faster than I thought with covid causing delays, the bumper plates and black barbell are absolutely great, love the quality and design!
We just received our bar and bumper plates this week. Everything arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. My wife and I have gotten in a few lifts so far...I think this might be the best Olympic bar I’ve lifted with! I can’t speak to durability yet, but as of right now I have no concerns. We are loving the equipment so far and look forward to years of heavy use with it.
GIANT 20kg GB2 Bar
I have been down to the store twice in the last few weeks and the staff at the warehouse has always been super helpful. Solid advice and help provided as I try to select the right equipment.
Would love to leave a review if I had the product, it’s been pending in the “creating a label” stage for a while now
For the price, this is a great bar. I especially LOVE the knurling. Shipping was quick and the bar was packed perfectly. In general, I’ve been impressed with Giant.
Fast Shipping. Great Product. I recommend
Everything from the jump was amazing. Front end customer care. Information, knowledge, product discussion. Bar is amazing. Packaging, was carefully done. Bar performs flawlessly.

I recently purchased the GIANT 20kg GB2 Bar. I have not been disappointed. This is a very sturdy barbell with excellent grip. I expect to get years of quality use from this barbell.
Equipment is top notch and everytime an order is placed the Phoenix Branch, they are awesome to work with. Definitely a loyal customer!
this has best knurling out of all the bars which is what i was looking for,
reasonable price compared to some of the expensive stuff out there
Great customer service and very knowledgeable salesperson. Thanks for your help in helping me start my home gym setup!
I recently picked up the GB2 and absolutely love it. The bar has just the right amount of knurling, so the grip is solid. The smooth spin is what I was looking for and set this bar apart for me. If you’re looking for a bar that is fluid in the clean and snatch, and stout enough for whatever else you can throw at it, this is the one.
Exactly what I needed. Great shipping and packaging.
Works fine. Although I haven’t really tested in a heavy weight yet. Also, in the picture it’s kind of a darker chrome but in reality it’s just a steel color. The first picture in the website is somewhat misleading. So far so good though! Would recommend!
It was love at first site. Damn thing is pretty. However, it came with a few blemishes due to shipping screws. I contacted Giant and they quickly refunded me $25. I filed the blemishes down a bit. Still pretty despite the little pock marks. Like a two baggger, I focus on the "good" side of the bar. I'm definitely sticking with Giant over Titan.
I'm very happy with my barbell it's well built and the knurling is great I don't use gloves and it's been very comfortable 10/10 would purchase again!
Very friendly, knowledgeable. Will definitely be buying more equipment from them.
Amazing quality and price
Giant Lifting is the kind of company that you hope to encounter when you are looking for gear. The quality of the the bar and bumper plates that I bought are of a caliber higher than I expected for the price. When I visited the warehouse to pick up my order I was impressed when I saw the rest of their products on display. Their staff was knowledgeable, friendly and outstanding as well. Adam answered several questions I had about their company, and took the time to load my purchases into the car. I hope to see them continue to grow as a company in the future and I will definitely be buying more gear through them. If you’re on the fence looking for a reliable company to buy gear from you can trust that Giant Lifting is doing things the right way.
I was expecting to spot a few defects on these discounted plates but they are beautiful! Can’t wait to see them hung up around our new rack. Thanks Giant Lifting!
Great quality, good pricing, in stock and looks and works as advertised!
Everything I’ve got from giant has been great and this bar is no exception. Great deal
I just found these guys, the warehouse staff was insanely friendly and helpful (even loaded my car up with like 400lbs of gear!). The prices are exceptional, and I honestly can't tell the difference between these and rogue products that I have (for 3-5x more).
I've found my home gym hack!
Great bar at a great price. Really good option for starting a home gym. Bought bumper plate set and rack too and both are really good quality at an affordable price. Definitely recommend Giant Lifting to anyone looking for quality equipment, great service/support, and good prices.
Only a week and a half in, but very happy with the quality thus far.
Excellent service, easy pickup location 👌👌💪
Very quite and stable bar, knurling is very very light and doesn’t help people with tiny hands like me keep grip all that well, otherwise it’s a good bar
I am very pleased with the products I bought, easy to put together.
Solid Stance, nice looking. I will be back for more items soon
These weights are legit and are quality built! Hands down you have to get your hands on these.
Bearings are so smooth. Better than majority of bars out there going for over twice the price. Really high ROI.
