GIANT 20kg GB2 Bar
The 28.5mm GB1 Bar-Hard Chrome is Giant Lifting's go-to multi-purpose barbell. This bar is constructed with needle bearings and bushings in each sleeve providing optimal spin. There is an adequate amount of whip to the bar that makes this an efficient and comfortable bar for Olympic lifting. Powerlifting and bodybuilding are also options given the bar's 1,500lb weight capacity.
The volcano knurling pattern has medium-aggressive depth that leans on the more aggressive side. The black oxide shaft and silver hard chrome sleeves add a clean finish.
The 20kg bar a tensile strength of 200,000 PSI, has decent spin (not too much), and is great for bench, squat, deadlifts, etc.
