Pricing
We do a route system with multiple customers with each delivery route to make it cheap for you to receive your equipment. ($39.99-$99.99)
Day of Delivery
For orders over $500: We will send an email 1-3 days in advance and require someone to be present to receive the order.
For orders under $500: We will send an email confirmation that we have delivered your products.

Returns details
In the event, you would like to return an item or an order, please reach out to team@giantlifting.com. You may return items that are unopened and in new condition within 30 days for store credit or a full refund (Orders over $1,000 will be subject to a 3% credit card processing fee deducted from the total refund).

I bought this rack today and assembly was relatively easy. There weren’t any instructions but it’s pretty straight forward.
The person who helped me at the warehouse made sure I had everything and lent a hand loading onto my truck. Really great people over there.
The rack itself is solid. A good upgrade from my CAP rack. I’ve purchased a GHD, bar and plates from Giant in the past and everything is quality. There are some minor scratches on the logo plate out the box but hey, this gym equipment. It’s gonna get beat up.
In and of itself I love the product. I live local and picked up the rack myself. Very excited to put it together only to find (or not find) hardware missing. After a couple of emails and a phone call the resolve was to mail the missing hardware. The hardware I received was not new, and pulled from another piece of equipment. Mistakes happen which is no problem. Talking to me as though you’re doing me a favor by mailing me the hardware you failed to include is where you lose 2 stars.

Just like the GHD this thing is a BEAST. 1” holes, 3x3, and super solid. The setup was shockingly easy and I did it by myself. If you’re looking for a really great rack at a really great price look no further. Also, great customer service as well!
