Upgrade your rack with the GIANT 3X Competition J-Cups, built for lifters who want solid performance and barbell protection. The nylon insert extends upward, giving your bar plenty of clearance when racking and preventing metal-on-metal contact that wears down your barbell’s knurling.

Each J-Cup is lined with UHMW plastic on the inside and back, protecting your rack uprights from scratches and reducing noise during training. The 1" locking pin fits perfectly into GIANT AXIS 3X Series racks with 75mm x 75mm tubing, offering a stable, secure hold every time you lift.

If you train often or share your rack, having more than one pair makes setup faster — keep one set for squats and another for bench to avoid constant adjustments.

    Just what I needed

    Fits my Rogue Monster rack nicely for additional J-cups for using a safety spotter bar where these cups are centered with the main uprights to make raking easier than clanging on a ghost type or other that has a thicker outer mounting piece. Very well made and considerably less cost than other vendors.

    3X J-Cups

    Great product, this was an addition set purchased so when 10 yr old son and I are lifting together we can set up two separate barbells instead of swapping 100’s of pounds between sets. As with all Giant products best quality for the price on the market!

    Solid J Cup

    I like the J cups, fit well. Just wish all the sides touching the rack had uhmw to provide protection to the powder coat

    Getting more use than expected

    Picked up a pair of these for squats but fell right into the habit of using them for benching, as well. Easier to unrack and rerack, and they don’t beat up my bar. Also, the price is right.

    Anymore, my standard j-cups mostly just function as little shelves to hold Lockjaw collars between sets. 😆

    Good stuff at a good price. GIANT errs on the side of honest value, not slick marketing. I’m damn glad they’re local.

    A sturdier option

    These J Cups are a great upgrade to your rack setup. No metal to metal contact with the bar, a stronger welded structure, and longer surface area for barbell placement make these a preferred piece of equipment for your gym. Highly recommend.
