The Giant Lifting Standalone Lat and Low Row are ideal for any home gym setting. The different positions allow you to isolate a variety of muscle groups depending on the upper or lower pulley being used. You can perform anything from lat pulldowns, tricep extensions, low rows, curls, and much more. 

This system is plate loaded with a 1:1 ratio and features a vinyl seat 12" in length and 8" in width. Just under 86" in total height, this machine will fit in most gym settings. An economy all black lat pulldown bar and straight bar for low rows/curls etc will be included with your purchase. 

The *NEW* standalone lat features upgraded aluminum pulleys, aluminum pop-pins, larger seat for more leg room, and ability to mount it to the floor if you are wanting it to be fixed to the ground.

Lat / Low Row

Like everyone says, the assembly is a PAIN. But after it’s done it’s done. Definitely recommend a the power drill to put it together.

Great machine!

BLUF: Great machine, I absolutely love it! The instructions are terrible and the instruction video helped but could be better.

I received my lat pulldown and its great. Like everyone else mentioned, the instructions suck. The most annoying part was the poor labeling of the bolts. The instruction video did help, however, when bolts are not labeled it definitely makes things more challenging. It also seemed like they've pre-assembled certain pieces (for me the pulley in the seat and foot plate) and updated other parts that aren't in the video, so the instruction video needs to be updated in general. The FUNCTION of this machine is GREAT!! Zero complaints and would buy again.

The item quality seems pretty good. I like the aluminum pulleys and the height is great compared to other similar machines being a 6’5” man. But the guide rods on one of the internally welded bolts was welded in too far and the bolt they sent wouldn’t reach. I had to get a bolt with the same threads that would reach to fix the issue. Also the hardware wasn’t packaged well before shipping and all the nuts and washers were sliding around loose in the box. Thankfully nothing was missing.
The biggest problem that I think needs addressed is the lack of assembly instructions. It comes with one sheet with a diagram of the full machine, that is it.
