The GIANT FID Adjustable Bench is a must for your home gym. The built-in adjustment ladder lets you angle the bench from -15 to 85 degrees to lock-in that desired angle for your next workout.   NEW* Laser cut numbers along the adjustment ladder for easy referencing. The rubber-padded feet help protect your floor from metal to concrete contact.

Like our other benches, it is equipped with a pair of wheels and NEW* knurled handle to roll the bench around your workout area. The grip padding features an upgrade to prevent you from sliding around the bench.

I think the quality is there in the fit and finish and it feels like a fair value for the price. I would like more stability in the front,
It feels a little wobbly when the bench is vertical and I’m doing shoulder presses for example. I just plant my feet wider but it’s still not inspiring confidence.

Giant Adjustable FID Bench

Great bench: rock-solid construction, beefy padding, and full range of positions for both the back and seat pads. I especially appreciate that it is versatile without sacrificing function of any of its configurations (flat, incline, decline), including robust leg pads that fold back out of the way when not in use.

Padding was a little lighter than I expected but otherwise for the price solid bench with many options

Good bench

Got the adjustable FID bench easy to put together and very comfortable and sturdy. Only issue i had was that they never notify me to pick it up and i had to go to the warehouse and check up on it after two weeks and found it was ready for pickup, but I'm not mad stuff happened the person working there was very helpful also i got to check their products and there are lots of good quality equipments there.
