The GIANT FID Adjustable Bench is a must for your home gym. The built-in adjustment ladder lets you angle the bench from -15 to 85 degrees to lock-in that desired angle for your next workout.   NEW* Laser cut numbers along the adjustment ladder for easy referencing. The rubber-padded feet help protect your floor from metal to concrete contact.

Like our other benches, it is equipped with a pair of wheels and NEW* knurled handle to roll the bench around your workout area. The grip padding features an upgrade to prevent you from sliding around the bench.

exactly what I needed

it's a well-made FID bench. It works great for ab work and decline presses in the decline position; the height is close enough to regulation for flat presses, and its incline options are perfect.

I assembled my new bench last night. It's very well built. I like that the pads are replaceable since they are the only potentially vulnerable part on the otherwise steel bench.

I think the quality is there in the fit and finish and it feels like a fair value for the price. I would like more stability in the front,
It feels a little wobbly when the bench is vertical and I’m doing shoulder presses for example. I just plant my feet wider but it’s still not inspiring confidence.
