This barbell is equipped with needle bearings paired with a bronze bushing system built into each sleeve, this bar spins smoothly, solidifying itself as our best option for any Olympic lifting movements including bench, squats, and deadlifts . 28.5mm in diameter with volcano knurling pattern has medium depth and is perfect for performing reps without tearing up your hands.
This barbell has a medium aggressive knurling because your grip or lack of grip can become a distraction. The 200,000 PSI steel shaft allows for whip/bend in the bar, ideal for all lifting dynamic movements.

Easily as nice as REP stuff for less. Havent used Rogue or any other major brands so cant speak on comparison but I cant imagine it being that much better if at all.
No problems at all. Mostly used for bench and squats but just started doing cleans and the bar is prefect as far as I'm concerned.
I know you think it is a girl bar. For the love of god... get some better colors.
We have been using this for over a year now. It is wonderful. We got this vs. the 20KG because we work out in the basement and don't have a ton of space. I don't ever see us maxing out what this bar can be loaded with so it works out for us.
The bearings are super smooth. The knurling is comfortable while giving a good grip. We set up our gym during Covid and this bar feels like the quality we used at our high end gym during the before-times.
But... really? Pink? Purple? Teal? I managed to snag a silver bar. They don't seem to offer it any more. I don't think I could buy these colors. I know it seems crazy to say that -- who cares about color? Truly, I would go elsewhere if I decided to get a second bar for the gym. I am not the type of lady who can deal with those colors.

Personally, I gave the bar as a gift and it is incredible from how fast it rotates for snatch, power, etc. to the aesthetic details. I hope to have mine soon 🫰🏼 100% recommended
I’m always a little apprehensive. When I don’t order from Amazon. This order was fantastic. Easy to track delivered on time. The shipping cylinder not a scratch or dent. The barbell was in pristine condition. I was so impressed, that I ordered the Giant Bumper Plate Tree With Bar Storage.
