The Giant Lifting Spotter Arms are designed to assist lifters who are lifting outside the rack by setting the pair of spotter arms at the appropriate height according to the lift they are performing. 

These spotter arms, built with 11 and 7-gauge steel, add protection to your barbell. Lift with confidence and safety. The full length of the spotter arms is 27.25 inches. However, the portion where the barbell rests is 23.75 inches.

Additional Information:

*Use of this product outside of a power rack requires the lifter to bolt down or secure their rack with front foot stabilizers. We produce a couple of different spotter arms that can have slightly different appearances (mainly, one version has a locking pin on the side, and the other has a locking pin as shown on the back.)*

Great Product

Lifting arms work great! Easy to install, able to be set anywhere, great stability with weights on a barbell. I love Giant, and even though I moved out of state, I still look to them first for my weight lifting needs

Don’t fit

Arms do not fit. The set screw for the plastic padding put two gouges on my rack.
