The Giant Lifting Standalone Lat and Low Row are ideal for any home gym setting. The different positions allow you to isolate a variety of muscle groups depending on what post you use. You can perform anything from lat pulldowns, tricep extensions, low rows, curls, and much more. 

The Standalone is plate loaded with a 1:1 ratio and features a vinyl seat 12" in length and 8" in width. Just under 86" in total height, the contraption will fit in most gym settings even with lower ceilings. A lat pulldown bar and straight bar for low rows will be included with your purchase.

Stand-alone Lat

I love this machine and the guys at Giant were great as always. Only suggestion-the instructions are sparse. It might be good to have one of these built at both stores and also take some closeup pics so people could see them online. Luckily my super smart wife figured everything out and I just ran the tools.

Great addition to any home gym

Already have one of their squat racks so I had a baseline of the type of quality this company provides. This lat pull down low row gets high marks for ease of construction and an unbeatable price. Jordan (Phoenix) was also very generous to have broken down the package to better fit in my vehicle. No complaints. Go get one!

Amazing

This piece of equipment is MANtastic. Smooth to operate I replaced the lat bar that comes with purchase with giants lat bar I previously bought with the pulley system. When fully assembled feels much lighter. Easy to assemble instructions somewhat lacking. If using lower pilot system to do standing row place feet on metal plates to keep from lifting/skipping forward. Make sure to clip weights on as the will start to shift. Doing ones come with purchase. For Olympic and skinny hole weights.
