The Giant Lifting Landmine is compatible with both our 2X and 3X series. Vary up your workouts by pairing your new landmine attachment to your rack. Perform a variety of exercises like rows, overhead presses, and many other movements.
Attach the landmine to the base of your rack
Insert your barbell into the landmine.
Load up one end of the barbell with desired weight plates.
Workout using this device for core training, strength training, or other movements.
We changed the pin mechanism for our landmines since they were absent from our production team. All hardware necessary to mount your landmine through your 1" diameter holed rack is included (See images).
