Very happy and satisfied with my purchase of the hex bar. Along with the weights I bought they were all a very reasonable price. I will be buying from here again.

I bought this a few weeks ago to help prepare for the new ACFT. It works great, exactly what you can expect from a hex bar. One consideration to keep in mind is what kind of plates you use. I only have bumper plates, and because they are a little wider than other plates, I am limited on how much weight I can fit on the bar currently.
That's not the bar's fault, though; that's an oversight of my own.

On top of this product, customer service is just top rate with Giant. I have gone into the store twice and worked with two different sales representatives. Both were helpful and courteous. Whoever is doing the hiring and training is killing it.

Picked up a couple of trap bars from the Tukwila location. The bars are fine but don't get them mixed up with the cheap version you'll find in big box retailers like Dicks. They might look the same but the ones found at Dicks are wildly inconsistently sized especially with the sleeve. These sleeves fit plates fine. The ones at Dicks are trash and cost about the same.

The customer service was great. Super easy and responsive to questions. On-site customer service was even better. Helped reconfigure the package to fit in my vehicle... bars came in actual boxes to protect them during shipping vs the ones you'll find from Dicks. Don't order trap bars from Dicks. Order them from Giant.

You get what you pay for and this thing is well designed. Little off with some of the bar alignment but seems to be an assembly issue rather than an engineering flaw. Still though, all hex bars are slightly imperfect. Would recommend regardless.

I love the plates, bars, and dumbbells with rack, the quality is awesome & it really finished off my home gym!
