The Giant Lifting Spotter Arms are designed to assist lifters who are lifting outside the rack by setting the pair of spotter arms at the appropriate height according to the lift they are performing. They are plastic lined to provide extra protection for your barbell.
These spotter arms are only compatible with our 2x series racks. When lifting outside of the rack you must use the built-in weight pegs with equal counteracting weight to ensure that the rack stays in place while lifting.
