The GIANT 2X Adjustable Bench features a three-post design in our next variation of adjustable benches. The 2X AB is 62lbs in weight and is perfect for those looking to save money, as well as save space. The cost-effective weight room bench can be stored vertically and hang about 17.5" out if pressed up against a wall.
The 2X AB is easily adjustable and comes with 6 different back adjustment options(0°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°, and 90°), as well as three seat pad adjustments (0°, 10°, and 20°). We added a premium knurled handle for easy transport around your commercial or home gym. The 3-post design adds stability and provides ample legroom for lifters.

ADJUSTABLE LADDER
The back ladder can be easily adjusted to six different angles between 0° and 90°. The seat pad can be adjusted to 0°, 10° or 20°.
GRIP PADDING

Perfect for our home gym set up! It was super simple to put together with only 7 bolts and basic tools. The pads are thick and supportive for all different exercises and it’s very sturdy, even with heavier weights.

Super solid. I live in a small apt. so I was hesitant about buying this. The wheels make moving it effortless and the stand makes it so I can keep it in a closet and still have space. On top of that it’s super sturdy, well built for great workouts. I chose this over a REP bench and glad I did. Great value and their customer service team is amazing as well. Had to wait for it to get back in stock but was worth it. It came from WA to TX and was securely packed with zero damage. Definitely going to purchase from Giant when I build a home gym.
