It's super simple to purchase from Giant Lifting! Below are three ways to purchase from our company.
SHIPPING- Enter your information on the "shipping page" or your zip code and state it on the cart drawer from the home page for a quick shipping quote. We charge for the cost of shipping product(s) from our warehouse in Tukwila, Wa to your home/business address.
LOCAL PICKUP- If you are local and picking up your products there are no shipping costs associated.
DELIVERY- If you want to have your products delivered within our local route system in Washington State then we have rates that will populate when you enter your shipping information. You will be given the option for delivery if you qualify.
Packages that include, but are not limited to may ship LTL Freight:
-Bumper Plate Sets
-Bumper Plate and Barbell Packages
*It is at our discretion whether we use a freight service or other shipping carrier.
Processing and Shipping Times
Please allow 2-4 business days for processing orders prior to shipping. Items that are back-ordered and arriving for in-stock pre-orders may take up to 14 days to process and ship. Our “In-Stock” items or items becoming available for pre-order reflect a time frame that we expect to have that product(s) at our warehouse. This time frame does not include shipping estimations. We work diligently to receive and ship as fast as possible and we process our shipments in the order they are received. Our shipping carriers can take between 1-5 days to receive your package. Freight services can take 1-2 weeks.
*Circumstances like weather, holiday schedules, and other situations out of our control can affect this timeline.
LOCAL CUSTOMERS along our Washington delivery route, who pay regular pricing and select "Shipping", we reserve the right to add you to our delivery route. When we can we avoid contracting parcel or different freight companies when it makes business sense and a better experience for our customers. This way, we both benefit by having our team handle the product which will be the safest bet for not incurring damage to the product in transit and we save some money allowing us to invest in our business.

Below are details regarding our shipping policies.
Alaska, Hawaii, APO’s Shipping:
We happily offer shipping quotes to Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to military bases, but we will need you to reach out for a quote so that we can better serve you. Email us directly for rates/quotes at email@example.com.
Most orders under 500lbs are typically shipped via a ground shipping service (UPS, FEDEX, and USPS). Tracking numbers are provided via email upon shipment of your equipment. Orders may include multiple packages, tracking numbers, and even multiple carriers to provide the quickest shipment of your products. These packages will be delivered to your doorstep whether you are there to sign for them or not. In some cases, we will personally deliver your products if your location is on our delivery route. If an item is delivered by a member of our team, we will provide confirmation by sending you a notification via email or text. After this confirmation is sent, the delivered items are the customers responsibility and Giant Lifting LLC assumes no liability.
Giant Lifting LLC uses carrier shipping partners at our own discretion when shipping nationwide. Our partners update us with shipping confirmations, and once products are delivered it becomes the customers responsibility. When receiving a pallet please inspect all of the products and make sure everything is accounted for. Any damage or missing products need to be communicated to the driver and notated on the shipping companies documents. Please notify us of any issues with the shipment so we can help direct and dispute on your behalf where applicable. We are more than happy to assist you with information you may need for shipping carrier disputes. We have this policy in place for circumstances unseen (i.e., a carrier says a package was delivered but you never received the package).
Avoid Extra Costs
If your location is not accessible to a full-sized truck, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may organize other arrangements. Any additional shipping costs that accrue will be billed to the customer. You are responsible for unloading items from the truck, not the delivery driver. If you are in need of a liftgate, please let us know at checkout so that we can make the necessary arrangements. You can make note of this in the “notes” section at checkout. The additional service charge will be added to your bill.
Any additional freight fees such as re-delivery, are the responsibility of the customer. Other services that are requested by you and billed to Giant Lifting LLC, will be rebilled to you. We will charge the additional fees to your original form of payment or send an invoice to you directly.
If the freight carrier is unable to deliver due to complications with contacting you or setting up a delivery appointment, storage fees may be assessed by the carrier. In this case, all storage fees or return delivery fees accrued are the responsibility of the customer. These charges will be billed to the original form of payment or an invoice will be sent to you directly. If we have a situation where the customer is refusing the shipment and the shipment is then returned to our warehouse we will refund the order minus the cost of shipping to the customer and return fees charged from the freight or parcel carrier.
Any legal action taken from us or the customer jurisdiction will be in Washington State in the county of our warehouse (Bonney Lake, Washington)

Tips for Receiving Shipments
When you receive your order via a freight service, inspect all items for damage. Any visible damage should be noted with the freight delivery personnel. Make sure all the items shipped to you are verified and on your pallet.
We accept no responsibility for damages that may occur due to carrier negligence. Please notify and file a claim with the carrier if any items are missing, lost, or damaged. While this occurrence is rare, please also make sure to notify Giant Lifting LLC immediately so that we are aware of the situation and can help to resolve it.
