Free Shipping exceptions:

There are some states that require a zone charge for dumbbell sets and racks ($49-$99) for shipping.  This will show at checkout for those that are impacted.


Orders ship from BONNEY LAKE, WASHINGTON unless noted otherwise in the product description.  Below are details regarding our shipping policies.  

FREESHIPPING All of out products ship FREE NATIONWIDE with exception of dumbbell sets and rack systems to specific zones. The only exception is our OPEN HEX V1 Bar.  

ALASKA, HAWAII, APO'S SHIPPING QOUTES We will gladly offer shipping quotes to Alaska and Hawaii.  We can ship to military bases as well, but it is not included in the pricing on the website.  Email us directly for rates/quotes.

ORDERS OVER $2,000 Email us to see if there are better rates we can offer for a bulk purchase.


Most orders under 500 pounds are typically shipped via a ground shipping service, including UPS, USPS, and FEDEX. A tracking number(s) is provided via email upon shipment. Orders may include multiple packages with multiple tracking numbers and sometimes multiple carriers. These packages will be delivered to your doorstep whether or not you are there to sign for them.   In some cases, if your location is on a route we are delivering to we will personally deliver your  products.  We will send you notification via email showing that the product was delivered.

Processing and shipping times: Please allow 2-7 business days for processing orders prior to shipping. 
UPS, FEDEX, and USPS can take between 1 to 5 days to receive your package. Freight Services can take 1-7 business days  Issues with weather, holiday scheduling, or other issues out of our control may cause delays.  We are here to make things simple for you, if you have any question let us know.  Contact us at


Freight Service: Packages including, but not limited to may ship LTL FREIGHT: Bumper plate sets, bumper plate and barbell packages, heavy racks, dumbbell packages, and kettlebell packages.  

Tip for receiving shipments:  When you receive your order via freight service, inspect all the items for damage. Any visible damage to the product should be noted with the freight delivery person. 

Please note:  We accept no responsibility for damage that may occur due to the carriers negligence.  The carrier should be notified of any damage and a claim will be filed.   If this is the case, we need to be informed immediately so we can know of the situation and help resolve.


Avoid extra costs: If your location is not accessible to a full sized truck please let us know immediately so we can make other arrangements to avoid extra shipping costs.  Any additional shipping costs will be billed to the customer. You are responsible for unloading the items from the truck, not the delivery driver.If you need a liftgate please let us know in the notes during checkout so we can make arrangements and we will add the additional service to your billing.   Any additional freight fees such as re-delivery are the responsibility of the customer.  If there are additional services requested by you and billed to GIANT LIFTING LLC, all fees will be rebilled to your credit card or by us sending an invoice to you direclty.  If the freight carrier is unable to deliver the freight due to problems with contacting you or setting up a delivery appointment, storage fees may be assessed by the carrier.  In this case all storage fees or return delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed to your credit card.
